Shipping policy

1. General Shipping Information

We ship our products within Germany and internationally to selected countries. Shipping is handled by DHL and processing time is usually 5-20 business days. If the product is in stock, it will be shipped as soon as possible. For custom-made items, it can take up to 20 business days for your jewelry to arrive.

If you need international shipping, please contact us first.

2. Shipping Costs & Delivery Options

  • Standard shipping within Germany: €6.19 – delivery time approx. 3–5 business days

  • Express shipping within Germany: €12.50 – next day evening delivery

  • Shipping within the EU: €14.49 – delivery time approx. 5–10 business days

  • International shipping: on request

  • Free shipping: for orders over €100 within Germany

  • Free shipping: for orders over €200 within the European Union

3. Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping option and destination:

  • Standard shipping: approx. 2–5 business days

  • Express shipping: approx. 1–2 business days

Please note that delivery does not take place on Sundays and public holidays. Delays caused by external factors (e.g. customs clearance) are beyond our control.

4. Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to the following countries/regions: outside the European Union.

5. Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email that allows you to track the status of your order at any time.

6. Damaged or Lost Orders

If your package arrives damaged or gets lost during transit, please contact us immediately at info@darting-atelier.de.

  • Damaged goods: Please send us photos of the damaged items as well as the packaging so we can find a solution.

  • Lost packages: If your order has not arrived within 10 days, please contact us. We will check the status with the shipping provider and, if necessary, arrange a replacement delivery or a refund.

7. Returns & Complaints

Returns are possible within 30 days. Please contact us beforehand at info@darting-atelier.de to register a return.

  • Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.

  • Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging
